Minimum Requirements:
- Six months verifiable OTR experience in the operation of a tractor-trailer, hauling 53’ dry van
- Must be able to drive both a manual and automatic transmission tractor
- Intermodal Drivers shall have & maintain a TWIC Card - Transportation Workers Identification Credential and have 12 months verifiable Intermodal experience
- No dishonorable discharge from the Armed Forces - Must supply a copy of DD214
- No ticketed accident within last 2 years
- No rollover accident within last 5 years
- All other accidents/incidents are subject to review & must be listed on application
- No more than one cell phone/seatbelt violation with in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving motor vehicle violations within 3 years preceding the date of application or a long history of moving violations
- No violation within 3 years preceding the date of application of a serious traffic violation (FMCSR Part 383.5)
- Speeding 15 mph or more
- Improper or erratic lane change
- Following too close
- Reckless driving (none in previous ten years)
